Your activation code can only be used once. You can access the online resources for
12 months after you activate the code.
We recommend that you w a it for your class to start before you activate your code.

How to use your activation code

► Go to www.cambridgelms.org/eyesopen
► Click Register
► Answer the questions
► You or your parent/guardian w ill receive an email

► Follow the instructions in the email
► Log in and enter your activation code above

If you are a registered user:

► Log in a t www.cambridgelms.org/eyesopen
► Click Activate New Product on your My Learning page
► Enter your code

Now you can listen to audio, play games, do activities, and
watch video in self-study mode. To join a class, ask your teacher
fo r a Class activation code.
